I agree with Sal that if it just refers to marital success, then it is not relevant. <BR/><BR/>But when I read "personal life", I look at it as moral fabric. I look at it as, "Do as I say, not as I do." <BR/><BR/>A leader who is spiritually bankrupt in their personal life will be a bankrupt and empty leader. A leader's strength comes from inside him/her.
