A Prague court is permitting a neo-Nazi group to march through the city’s Jewish quarter on the anniversary of Kristallnacht on November 10.

According to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, this is the second time a local court has overturned a City Hall ban on the march.

The city officials had banned the march on the grounds that it would incite intolerance and hatred against citizens on the basis of their ethnicity. The local Jewish community plans to gather for a prayer vigil that day.
